Two Locally-Owned Stores to Open this Fall
Owings Mills, Md. (August 26, 2015) — Greenberg Gibbons announced today that Laurel Wine and Spirit and Trendsetter have recently signed leases for the new Towne Centre at Laurel, the $130 million redevelopment of the former Laurel Mall site.
Laurel Wine and Spirit is a local retailer offering a wide selection of wine, liquor and craft beer. The new store will occupy a 5,456 s.f. pad site near Harris Teeter.
Trendsetter is a locally owned boutique that carries a variety of women’s clothing and fashion accessories. The new 2,193 s.f. store will be the sister location to the retailer’s original shop in Bowie, Md. The store will be located next to Ulta Beauty.
Both stores are set to open this fall, along with Laurel Thai — a restaurant specializing in Thai cuisine — and an official office of the United States Postal Service.
Towne Centre at Laurel is a mixed-use destination with approximately 400,000 square feet of retail, dining and entertainment. Its mix of national and local retailers and restaurants include Harris Teeter, Sports Authority, Regal Cinemas, Burlington Coat Factory, Old Navy, B.J.’s Restaurant & Brewhouse, Outback, Panera Bread, Burger Fi, Carter’s | Osh Kosh, and more.
